Dear guests,

According to the Hessian state ordinance (information), we are allowed to receive all travelers with 3G (since 4th March 2022).

If you have not yet been tested, you are welcome to do so with a cheap, fee-based test in our house. For longer stays, non-vaccinated persons have to carry out a new test every 72 hours.

Guests who have tested positive for Covid-19 or are showing symptoms are not allowed to come to us. While we cannot be held responsible for anyone getting infected from us, we, as a privately run hostel, will do everything we can to ensure that this does not happen. That is why we would like to present our hygiene concept to you. So everyone can feel safe and comfortable with us.

We have introduced procedures and rules to protect our guests and employees in the hostel from corona infection. We follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the regulations of the responsible health authority (German) to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.

The prescribed hygiene measures are implemented in all areas of our hostel.

• Sufficient disinfectant dispensers are available. Our employees test themselves daily with a quick test.
• Public areas are regularly well ventilated.
• Surfaces as well as banisters, door handles and light switches are regularly disinfected.
• The safety distance of 1.5 m should be maintained by guests and employees are observed.
• Wearing mouth and nose protection is mandatory in the hostel, outside of the room. Exception: dining table.
• All guests are informed about the hygiene regulations at check-in.
• In the hostel, clearly visible information signs indicate Corona rules.
• It is recommended to avoid cash payments and to pay cashless.
• Longer cleaning intervals are implemented in the hostel rooms and floors.
• For the kitchen and the living room are subject to a schedule in which guests can register in order to avoid too many people in one room. In these rooms, the 1.5m distance must also be maintained. The kitchen, lounge and bathrooms in particular are regularly disinfected.
• All employees wear mouth and nose protection and are regularly informed about the current hygiene measures.
• Guests with symptoms of illness are asked to see a doctor to call and stay in the room.



We are here for you! We are obliged to document your stay in the hostel and to collect your personal data for this reason. The data will be deleted 14 days after your departure.
